At Can’t Be Broken, we want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Standard Return Policy:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for a full refund or exchange.
- Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or socks unless they are defective.
Breast Cancer Awareness Shirts:
For the month of October, Can’t Be Broken donates 20% of the proceeds from the sale of our special edition Breast Cancer Awareness shirts to Breast Cancer Awareness initiatives.
- Donation Impact: Once a purchase of a Breast Cancer Awareness shirt is made, the 20% donation is immediately set aside for charity, making these items final sale and non-returnable.
- Sizing Exchanges: If the size is incorrect, we are happy to exchange the item within 30 days for a different size, provided the shirt is unworn and in original condition.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
